University of Technology, Mauritius - Home

Description: The Government of Mauritius approved the setting up of the University of Technology, Mauritius in January 2000 and The University of Technology, Mauritius Act was proclaimed on 21st June 2001. The initial phase of the project consisted in the merging of the MIPAM and the SITRAC Ltd. Three Schools, namely School of Business Informatics and Software Engineering, School of Public Sector Policy and Management and School of Sustainable Development Science became operational in September 2001.
